Tips: Eat at home. Avoid excessive tapioca flour. A good option are coconut and vegetable based wraps. Cauliflower can be used to make pizza crust. Vegetables can easily be turned into pasta. Stores sell bean pastas that are very good.Tortilla, make a wrap out of collard greens. The individual leaves can be blanched to take on the texture of a tortilla. Crackers are easy to make out of seeds etc... Especially crackers! I have yet to find a good cracker but they really easy to make.
