What time did you wake up today?! My alarm went off at 5am and I was up and at em, because I like to get my workout over and done with before the kids wake up. It makes me feel so much more accomplished during the day. The first few days are rough, but if you want to wake up early, you just have to jump in feet first and within a few days your body will start to adjust to your new wakeup time.
