Hello went into the hospital with an episode of almost passing out and bleeding from bowels. Colonoscopy showed ischemic colitis. Hernia has been really bugging me since, having trouble eating even though my diet right now is applesauce, soft squash etc...so tried a little very gentle rebounding last night, and looked online and found the self massage.
